New Player Opening Bonus

The Rich Reels sign-up offer is applicable to first time Real players on the Rich Reels casino.
By redeeming your bonus you are committing your purchase to the wagering requirements in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Purchase match sign up bonus, as well as any other bonus on the first purchase (e.g. if the purchase is made on an alternate payment method to a credit card), must be claimed within 3 days of the players first purchase.

The following wagering requirements affect this New Player Opening Bonus:

New account holders who accept this New Player Opening Bonus, acknowledge that they accept the above wagering requirements before being allowed to make a withdrawal.

If you accept the bonus and attempt to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements, you will be advised to continue wagering and the funds will be returned to your casino account. If you attempt to withdraw more than once (1 time) without meeting the wagering requirements, you may forfeit your bonus and winnings.

The wagering obligations for players resident in Denmark are slightly more stringent, as they are required to wager the sum of the purchase and bonus and additional 20 times on top of those requirements stipulated in the table above, before any cash-in will be permitted.
The wagering requirements (for cash-in purposes) will start being counted from the time the promotion bonus was added to the casino account.
For winnings that originate from the wagering of Free Credits, Free Spins and/or Free Tournaments, which free credits were part of a No-Deposit Bonus, such winnings are limited to a cash withdrawal of $200.
The Casino Terms and Conditions apply to this Promotion. In the event of a conflict between these Promotional Terms and Conditions and the Casino Terms and Conditions, the Promotional Terms and Conditions shall prevail but only to the extent that the Terms and Conditions conflict with one another.

Bonus System Terms & Conditions

(for Non “Bonus System” promotions)

These Rules and Terms and Conditions apply to promotional bonuses that are awarded through the Microgaming integrated “Bonus System” as described below.

Apart from the Opening Match Bonus, Rich Reels will endeavor to use this Bonus System for all Loyalty Deposit Match Bonuses. There are fantastic benefits to the player by using this system, so we urge you to familiarize yourself with the workings. We would be happy to explain the system to you if anything is unclear.

Rules:

A Player’s total account balance consists of a Cash account balance and a Bonus account balance.
A Player’s Bonus account cannot be cashed out, but can be used to place wagers.
A Player’s Cash account may be cashed out at any time.

Specific play-through requirements are indicated in the terms and conditions of each promotion.

Terms and Conditions include:

Bonus amounts credited to a player’s Bonus account are subject to 30 times play through before they may be cashed out. This wagering requirement applies to the bonus only and not to any related deposit.
Different games played may contribute a different percentage of the wager - up to 100%, towards the required play-through.

The contributing percentages are as follows:

As the required play-through requirements are met, funds are automatically transferred from the Player’s Bonus account to their Cash account.
Play-through is achieved when any real money wager is made. The Player can use either their bonus or their cash account.
For any wagers made, the wager is deducted from the Player’s Cash account. If there is no cash available, then the wager is deducted from the Bonus account. This effectively means that funds in the Player’s bonus account are only played if there is no cash balance.
If a Player makes a withdrawal, their Bonus account is reset to ZERO. This means that if a Player chooses to take back the money they deposited, they will lose any Bonus money they may still have remaining in their Bonus Account.
Before processing the withdrawal, players have a final opportunity to decide whether they wish to withdraw their Cash balance or continue to wager in order to qualify for the remaining portion of their Bonus balance.
Winnings on wagers made from a Player’s Cash account are credited directly to their Cash account. Winnings on wagers made from a Player’s Bonus account are credited to their Bonus account.
Where crediting a Player’s Bonus account with winnings would result in the Bonus account exceeding the size of the original Bonus amount, any excess winnings are credited to the Player’s Cash account.
Note: This is less any automatic transfers from bonus account to cash account that had occurred

The General terms & conditions shall apply to all interactions with Rich Reels and must be read with all relevant promotional terms and conditions.
Promotions are only valid for the period as specified in the promotion offer communications and specific to referenced casinos or account numbers.
For the purpose of all promotions, dates and times shall be calculated according to Eastern Standard Time (GMT -5).
Where promotions are specifically addressed to an individual/casino account, offers are only valid in respect of the casino and casino account number as specified in the promotion notification communication.
Irregularities between the name of the casino account holder and the name of the individual identified with the method used to make purchases will invalidate any offer.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, all purchases must be wagered at least once (1), before a promotional bonus specifically related to that purchase will be credited.
If a bonus is awarded without any required deposit, then any wagering requirements recorded herein apply to the bonus amount only.

All Deposit Match bonuses must meet the following wagering requirements before they may be cashed in:

The wagering requirement (for cash-in purposes) will start being counted from the time the promotion bonus was added to the casino account.

Should you reach a $0 balance during the course of meeting your wagering requirements, these requirements become null and void. This will not apply to a $0 balance achieved via a funds transfer or Cash withdrawal.
Wagering counts towards bonus requirements in the order that each bonus offer is taken up i.e. wagering requirements need to be met for each bonus before subsequent bonuses may be cashed in.
If a player does not want any bonus which has been deposited into their account by the casino then they are entitled to request a Customer support consultant to reverse the bonus out of their casino account, by way of email or telephone call, where after the reversal will take place. If wagers have taken place on any bonus received, then that bonus may not be removed from your account (either by means of cash-in or a request to the support staff) until the wagering requirements associated with that bonus have been met.
Rich Reels reserves the right to audit any cash-ins.
No cash-ins will be allowed under any circumstances, nor will any promotional offers be honored, until a minimum purchase of $20 is made at the casino where the cash-in is occurring and any subsequent purchase match bonus is wagered in full.
The minimum cash-in amount at Rich Reels is 100 credits. The minimum cash-in amount in order for a check to be sent is 100 credits.
For winnings that originate from the wagering of Free Credits alone, which free credits were part of a No-Deposit Bonus, such winnings are limited to a cash withdrawal of $200
Should a player make arrangements with the casino to transfer funds from the player's casino account to another casino account in the player's name, any bonus amount contained in the player's original account shall be required to remain in such account until such time as the wagering requirements in respect of such amount have been met by the player. Furthermore, any amount transferred in the foregoing manner shall not constitute a purchase and shall not qualify the player for any bonus whatsoever in respect thereof.
The Rich Reels Promotions department will be the sole judge in respect of honoring any promotional offer. Rich Reels reserves the right, exercisable in its sole discretion, to discontinue or cancel any promotional offer at any time for any reason whatsoever and without any prior notice. Any person deviating from the promotional rules may be disqualified without notice.
The promotional offers are closed to all employees, contractors, advertising agencies, and their immediate families associated with the casinos at which the promotions may be taken up.
Each promotional rule shall be severable from each of the other rules, and if any rule is found to be void, invalid, or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining rules shall remain in force and in effect.

General terms & conditions

You ("the player") fully understand and agree to become a party to and shall abide by all rules, terms and conditions contained herein as the sole set of rules pertaining to the use of the Rich Reels online casino ("the casino"), and that such rules, terms and conditions may change from time-to-time. The player shall be responsible for checking these terms and conditions regularly for any changes thereto.
By registering an account (whether Guest or Real) at the casino, the player:

Warrants that all information provided by the player to the casino is true and correct and acknowledges that, should it be discovered by the casino that any information provided by the player is false, the casino reserves the right to suspend the player's account, including the payout of any cash-ins, until the true position with regard to the player's identity is clarified.
Accepts these terms and conditions as a binding agreement between the player and the casino, and furthermore agrees that such agreement shall be the sole agreement governing the player's relationship with the casino to the exclusion of all other agreements, statements, and representations save for a written agreement between the parties specifically referring to these terms and conditions and the expansion/restriction thereof by such additional written agreement.

Only one Rich Reels Casino account per household may be opened.
The casino requires you to submit certain identity verifications documents after your account has been opened. The documentation required is:

valid form of identity issued by the government of a recognized country/state i.e.: drivers license or passport,
a copy of the front and back of the credit card used to fund your casino account. Thereafter, you will be required to submit a copy of the front and back of each and every credit card registered on your casino account. Casino management reserves the right to withhold any cashins if the required documentation is not returned. These measures are as much for player, safety, as that of the casino.

If there are any irregularities or if there is a mismatch between the name and address of the player, and the name and address associated with the credit card, or other mode of payment, used by such player, all transactions conducted with such credit card will be considered as invalid and voidable in the sole discretion of casino management.
The player, by providing their postal address, agrees to accept hardcopy correspondence from the casino at such address, from time to time, and acknowledges that such correspondence may carry conspicuous branding identifying the same with the casino. If the player does not wish to receive hardcopy correspondence to their postal address, they may unsubscribe from such communication by sending an email with "UNSUBSCRIBE" in the subject header to unsubscribe@villentonews.com.
The player, by providing their email address, agrees to receive email correspondence from the casino at such address, from time to time. If the player does not wish to receive email correspondence to their email address, they may unsubscribe there from by following the unsubscribe instructions set out in the casino's "Privacy and Spam policies".
The player acknowledges that participation at the casino amounts to gambling, which carries the risk of losing money and warrants that the player is aware of such risks and that the player's participation at the casino is entirely voluntary.
By playing any game at the casino, the player warrants that the player is familiar with the rules of such game and acknowledges that the rules of each game are available through using the "help" facility at the casino.
Players at the casino must be over the legal age of majority, meaning that the player must be an adult with full contractual capacity or a "major" as that term is legally defined in the country in which the player is resident.
The player shall not allow any third party including, without limitation, any minor (person under the age of majority stipulated in the clause immediately above), to play at the casino using the player's casino account details. The player accepts full responsibility for the consequences of allowing such activity and, without derogating from the generality of any other indemnity contained herein, indemnifies and holds the casino harmless in respect of any damages arising from the same.
The player acknowledges that it is the player's sole responsibility to understand the applicable laws of jurisdiction pertaining to the player's use of online gaming facilities, and pertaining to online gaming facilities in general, prior to making use of the casino (both in terms of the country within which they are resident when playing at the casino and in terms of any country's laws to which they may be subject, notwithstanding that they are not physically present in such country when playing at the casino). By making use of the casino, the player warrants that the player understands the applicable laws pertaining to online gaming facilities and the player's use thereof and that it is entirely legal to make use of online gaming facilities in terms thereof.
The player shall hold the casino, its shareholders, its employees, officers, directors, licensees, distributors, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion or other agencies, media partners and agents harmless and shall fully indemnify the same from any and all costs, expenses, liabilities and damages whatsoever that may arise as a result of the player's:

entry, use, or reuse of the casino;
use of any materials at the casino;
entry, use, or re-use of the casino server;
participation in any game at the casino;
the acceptance of any payout/prize from the casino; or
breach of any warranty given in terms of this agreement.

Player warrants that the player's interest in the casino is personal, and not professional. Players entering the casino do so solely for their own personal entertainment and any other entrance, access, use, or re-use of the casino by the player is strictly prohibited. In order to control the misuse of the Casino, all purchases are required to be wagered up to a minimum of 2 times the purchase value before being cashed in.
Play at casino, as real or guest players, is intended for the use of Adults, for entertainment purposes only. The use of robotic, mechanical, electronic, or other devices to automatically make playing decisions in any game as a guest player or real player is strictly prohibited at the casino save where such devices are provided, or specifically authorized in writing, by the casino. Use of such devices may, in the sole discretion of casino management, result in action including exclusion from play at the casino, confiscation of funds up to an amount not exceeding net winnings, expulsion from all promotional offerings and placement of details of such activity and the participants on a casino industry database of "restricted players" accessed by other online casinos.
The player acknowledges that the casino software, the "get-up" of the casino and all material which may be visually or audibly presented to the player in the player's use of the casino is either the intellectual property (including, but not limited to, copyright, domain name rights and trademarks) of the casino or its licensor's and in this regard the player acknowledges that it has no rights whatsoever to use or lay claim to any intellectual property belonging to the casino and/or its licensors.
The player acknowledges that casino management may close any casino account which is, in its sole opinion, undesirable or dormant for a period of 6 months. Any "real" funds i.e. not promotional or bonus funds (dealt with in terms of additional terms and conditions) in any such casino account at the time of closure will be claimable for 6 (six) months thereafter. Players who discover that their accounts have been closed in terms of this clause shall be entitled to lay claim to such "real" funds upon application to the casino, where after such funds will be refunded to the player, provided that application has been made within the aforementioned time period.
The Service and the Software are provided "as is". We make no warranty or representation, whether express or implied, in relation to the satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose, completeness or accuracy of the Service or the Software.
We shall not be liable for computer malfunctions, failure of telecommunications service or Internet connections nor attempts by you to participate in games by methods, means or ways not intended by us.
We cannot guarantee that the Service will never be faulty but we will correct reported faults as soon as we reasonably can. If a fault occurs you should report the fault by e-mail or in writing to Customer Support.
Although we shall take all reasonable measures to ensure that the Software and files are free from computer viruses we cannot and do not guarantee that the Software and files are free of such problems. It is your responsibility to protect your systems and have in place the ability to reinstall any data or programs lost due to a virus.
We may temporarily suspend the whole or any part of the Service for any reason at our sole discretion. We may, but shall not be obliged to, give you as much notice as is reasonably practicable of such suspension. We will restore the Service, as soon as is reasonably practicable, after temporary suspension.
In the event of a Casino system malfunction all bets are void.
In accordance with clause 25 below, we will not be liable to you for any loss that you may incur as a result of such suspension or delay.
In no circumstances whatsoever shall the Casino, its directors, officers, employees, shareholders, agents and affiliates, the ultimate parent and parent companies of the Casino and any of its subsidiaries be liable to you in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise, for any loss or damage howsoever arising from any cause whatsoever, whether direct or indirect, or for any amounts whatsoever (even where we have been notified by you of the possibility of such loss or damage).
Money Multiplier Terms and Conditions:
1. The bonus system terms and conditions apply.
2. Stage 1 bonus redeemable only if qualifying criteria has been met.
3. Stage 2 bonus redeemable only if stage 1’s qualifying criteria has been met.
4. Stage 3 bonus redeemable only if stage 2’s qualifying criteria has been met.
5. Stage Bonuses can only be claimed during specified promotional periods. No stage bonuses will be awarded outside specified promotional times.
6. The money multiplier promotion is open only to recipients of the “Money Multiplier” promotional email as this offer has been made to selected players only.

Each clause contained in these terms and conditions shall be separate and severable from each of the others. If any clause is found to be void, invalid, or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining rules shall remain of full force and effect.
