These terms and conditions apply to all promotional bonuses that are NOT awarded through the Microgaming integrated ‘Bonus System’.

In addition to these key terms, please ensure that you familiarize yourself with the specific conditions applicable to any promotion in which you decide, or are invited, to participate.

1. The General terms & conditions shall apply to all interactions with Rich Reels and must be read with all relevant promotional terms and conditions.

2. Promotions are only valid for the period as specified in the promotion offer communications and specific to referenced casinos or account numbers.

3. For the purpose of all promotions, dates and times shall be calculated according to Eastern Standard Time (GMT -5).

4. Where promotions are specifically addressed to an individual/casino account, offers are only valid in respect of the casino and casino account number as specified in the promotion notification communication.

5. Irregularities between the name of the casino account holder and the name of the individual identified with the method used to make purchases will invalidate any offer.

6. Unless specifically stated otherwise, all purchases must be wagered at least once (1), before a promotional bonus specifically related to that purchase will be credited.

7. If a bonus is awarded without any required deposit, then any wagering requirements recorded herein apply to the bonus amount only.
All Deposit Match bonuses must meet the following wagering requirements before they may be cashed in:

(Deposits + Bonus) must be wagered 15 times.

The following chart displays the percentage weighting that each game type contributes to the required wagering. Where the percentage is less than 100%, players are required to increase their wagering of the Deposit + Bonus on that game type;
E.g. Table poker has a 50% weighting, and requires a 30 times wagering (15 / 50%).

The wagering requirement (for cash-in purposes) will start being counted from the time the promotion bonus was added to the casino account.

9. Should you reach a $0 balance during the course of meeting your wagering requirements, these requirements become null and void. This will not apply to a $0 balance achieved via a funds transfer or Cash withdrawal.

10. Wagering counts towards bonus requirements in the order that each bonus offer is taken up i.e. wagering requirements need to be met for each bonus before subsequent bonuses may be cashed in.

11. If a player does not want any bonus which has been deposited into their account by the casino then they are entitled to request a Customer support consultant to reverse the bonus out of their casino account, by way of email or telephone call, where after the reversal will take place. If wagers have taken place on any bonus received, then that bonus may not be removed from your account (either by means of cash-in or a request to the support staff) until the wagering requirements associated with that bonus have been met.

12 Rich Reels reserves the right to audit any cash-ins.

13. No cash-ins will be allowed under any circumstances, nor will any promotional offers be honored, until a minimum purchase of $20 is made at the casino where the cash-in is occurring and any subsequent purchase match bonus is wagered in full.

14. The minimum cash-in amount at Rich Reels is 100 credits. The minimum cash-in amount in order for a check to be sent is 100 credits.

15. For winnings that originate from the wagering of Free Credits alone, which free credits were part of a No-Deposit Bonus, such winnings are limited to a cash withdrawal of $200

16. For winnings that originate from the participation in Tournaments, where the entry to the tournament is free, such winnings are limited to a cash withdrawal of $200.

17. Should a player make arrangements with the casino to transfer funds from the player's casino account to another casino account in the player's name, any bonus amount contained in the player's original account shall be required to remain in such account until such time as the wagering requirements in respect of such amount have been met by the player. Furthermore, any amount transferred in the foregoing manner shall not constitute a purchase and shall not qualify the player for any bonus whatsoever in respect thereof.
